We would like to share how Tania Marisol Pacheco Ayala has grown up in Baja Cantina Beach Club, she also is one of the most famous Sushi Chef in Los Cabos:

She started in Baja Cantina March 24, 1997. She has been working for the company five years. 25 years old, born October 5, 1982, she is originated from EL Fuerte Sinaloa. She has been living 12 years in Los Cabos married to Enrique Cruz, they have two kids, Mariana 10 years old and Luis Enrique 4 years old. Tania started in the company as public areas and steward for a period of four months. She was then promoted to kitchen helper and quickly becoming a cook where she was for two years.
Shortly after she took a training course to become sushi chef, nowadays she is one of the best sushi chefs in Baja Cantina and in Los Cabos. She loves what she does and puts all her effort and dedication to it.
