Meet the Team – Noelia Espinoza
Member Rental Program Manager
Noelia Espinoza is from La Paz, Baja California Sur and has lived in Cabo since 1994. She has worked for the Cabo Villas Group for 3 years and is the Manager of the Members Rental Program which allows Cabo villas members to rent their unused weeks. Noelia’s job is a customer service position and her duties include attending rental reservations calls to issuing rental reports for every one of the members signed in the program. She is also responsible for updating the rental website as well as the accuracy of the booking system on the site. Noelia started working in Vacation Ownership Administration back in 2006 at Pueblo Bonito Group, then in 2008 she joined the Cabo Villas Group in the Reservations Department as a reservations assistant. In 2010 she was promoted to help create and run the foundation of the Rental Program as well as to develop the program on the website.

BadMedicine Sport fishing Operations
In addition to running the highly successful Members Rental Program, Noelia is also the Manager of the Bad Medicine Sport Fishing Operations. Sport fishing has always been a huge part of the growth in the Cabo area and for the resort which hosts thousands of fishermen and their families each year. Realizing the need to provide members with access to a high quality boat, equipment and crew, the Bad Medicine Sport Fishing Company was born and the Erickson’s turned their passion for fishing into a service for their guests and members. Named after
Bad Medicine Lake, one of their favorite fishing lakes in Minnesota, their “Bad Medicine” sport fishing boat has accumulated a following of hundreds of members and guests who love big game fishing in Cabo.
“I am the link between the anglers needs and the fishing crew, we work together to create the best experience for our customers, I also take care of the reports, website and marketing. The Bad Medicine Sport Fishing Company started in 1998 with a 34 ft Striker, and recently has grown to include a state of the art 35 ft Cabo Sport Fisher with all the latest gear and equipment. No doubt the Bad Medicine Sport Fishing
company will continue expanding its fleet to become one of the major and most reputable charter companies in the Los Cabos area”.
