Fishing trip: December 14th, 2011.
Grilled Tuna makes and excellent dinner.
Had eleven people over last night for re-cap of Cabo trip and to enjoy the bounty I brought home. We grilled tuna steaks, done with three different preps. (Italian dressing marinade-Cajun-and Cracked pepper) All were a big hit! Made Dorado tacos which everyone loved as well.

- I made up six different sushi rolls with tuna (and some fake crab for the less adventurous). Friends who aren’t big on raw fish devoured the tuna rolls like it was their last meal.

Next trip down will probably be guy’s fishing expedition. I don’t think it will be a problem to get a group together after they saw my pictures and sampled the fish meal.
We really enjoyed our stay and perhaps next time you’ll be able to join us for a day of fishing. Bernie and Martin were a great team and they let me have my run of things on the port side which I appreciated. I know they deal with lots of non-fishermen types and even though Cabo fishing is different than I’ve done before, they gave me a pretty free rein.
